Plumbing and Maintenance Tips

  • Do you know where other service valves are located? Label them and check from time to time that they still working correctly
  • Turn the water off at the mains if you are leaving home for an extended period – particularly in winter.
  • To remove scale from a shower head fill a plastic bag with vinegar and tie it round the shower head – this will dissolve mineral deposits.
