Plumbing and Maintenance Tips

  • Don’t use your toilet as a waste bin – flushing solid waste items, such as nappies and wet wipes down the toilet will cause it to become blocked.
  • If you’ve got outside halogen security lights use a movement detector to save wasting energy. Tune it so cats and foxes don’t light up your garden at 4am.
  • Don’t use more light than you need. If you’re only working in one part of the room, why have all the lights on? Don’t strain your eyes, but try not to use more light than you need.
